Chicken Khaosay with Spaghetti Coconut milk Curry

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti (boiled) 1 packet
  • Samosa Papadi (fried)
  • Garlic (fried/chopped)
  • Coriander
  • Lemon
  • Green Chili (chopped)
  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Ginger/Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
  • Cumin white powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Tandoori Masala 1 tbsp
  • Onion fried (fried) 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Marination Chicken Curry

Add oil in chicken, add fried onion, add ginger/garlic paste, add red chili, add cumin white, add salt, add tandoori masala, add coriander powder, add yogurt. Mix all and keep to 30 minutes.


Ingredients Coconut Kadhi

  • Gram flour 6 tbs
  • Coconut milk powder 4 tbs
  • Ginger/Garlic paste 4 tbs
  • Red chili powder 1 tbs
  • turmeric 1 tbs
  • cumin white powder 1 tbs
  • Salt as peer taste
  • Lemon juice 8 tbs

Mixing Coconut Kadhi

Add gram flour in a bowl. add coconut milk, ad ginger/garlic paste, add red chili powder, add salt add cumin powder, add turmeric, add 6-7 glass water and mix well.

Method Coconut Kadhi

Stir Kadhi for 30 minutes at low flame. When coconut kadhi is ready, turn off flame and add lemon juice and mix well.


Preparation Chicken curry

Add Chicken curry in a pan and stir for 10-15 minute at low flame. Chicken curry is ready.


How to make platter?

Garnish spaghetti with coconut kadhi. Garnish with chicken curry. Sprinkle with coriander, fried samosa papadi, green chili, fried garlic, and lemon. Ready to serve.
