Garlic and ginger paste – 3 tsp. Cumin powder Chilli powder. Yellow powder. Coriander powder. Tomato kuchi 1pis Dhane pata kuchi. Meat masala. Dry chilli 2 pi’s. Cinnamon 2 pis. Mustard oil 100 gm. If the oil is hot, then dry cilantro cinnamon.
I’m onion chopped.
Half teaspoon sugar.

Yellow powder 1 tsp,
Cumin powder 1tsp.
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp.
The spices will swallow in the water. Add spicy mix 1/2 tsp.
Add Ginger and garlic paste.
Take these for 1 minute.
Add tomato kuchi.
Take 1 minute on the frying pan.
Add Spicy spices.
Spice well for two minutes.
I will give you meat.
Take less heat for 5 minutes.
Without 1 minute, you have to open the door.
Add salt 1/2 tsp.
I took 10 minutes to take my time. So far I have not used cooking water.
This way, I’m taking meat for 5 minutes more.
So that the meat is boiled well.
The flesh has become completely tan.
I’m giving a cup of water.
Add dhane pata kuchi.
After serving for two minutes, serve the meat.
