HERE IS THE EASY METHOD OF MAKING TENDER COCONUT PUDDING IN MALAYALAM.
IT IS A UNIQUE AND VARIETY PUDDING.
INGREDIENTS:
TENDER COCONUT WATER:1L
TENDER COCONUT FLESH:1CUP
SUGAR:4TBSP
GELATIN/CHINAGRASS

PROCEDURE:
SOAK 4 TBSP OF GELATIN IN A BOWL WITH SOME COCONUT WATER.KEEP IT FOR ATLEAST 10 MINS.HEAT A PAN AND ADD IN SOME WATER,ADD THE SOAKED GELATIN.ADD IN SUGAR.POUR COCONUT WATER INTO IT WHEN THE GELATIN IS MIXED COMPLETELY.REMOVE FROM THE FLAME.POUR THE MIXTURE INTO A SERVING DISH, DECORATE WITH CHOPPED COCONUT FLESH.REFRIGERATE FOR ATLEAST FOUR HOURS.ENJOY!!
