Ingredients for Frankenguacamole:
4 ripe avocados
2 shakes of onion powder or to taste
2 shakes of cumin powder or to taste
2 shakes of garlic powder
2 shakes of sea salt or to taste
1/2 of lemon or lime to taste
1 can of black olives
1/2 cup of tofu sour cream
blue corn tortilla chips

Ingredients for the Boonanas
4 Ripe Bananas (Makes 8 )
1 cup of unsweetened 100% apple juice
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup of chocolate chips or raisins
8 popsicle sticks

Ingredients for Witch Fingers Sandwiches
1 loaf of whole wheat bread
1 jar of favorite nut butter
1 jar of unsweetened jelly or jam
1 bag of sliced almonds
