Penne Pasta 2 cups
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Chopped Onion 1/2 cup
Diced Tomatoes 1/2 cup
Diced Green Pepper 1/2 cup
Garlic Paste 1/2 tbsp
Diced Mushroom 1/2 cup
Pasta mix Herbs
Red Chili Flakes 1 tsp
Spinach Leaves 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Boil the pasta as per the packet instructions and remove excess water.
Heat up a pan on medium heat and add olive oil.
Add finely chopped onions, diced green pepper and tomatoes.
Mix well and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
Add garlic paste, diced mushrooms and mix it well
Add pasta herbs, chili flakes(Optional), black pepper. Mix well and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
Add finely chopped spinach leaves, salt and cook until spinach leaves melts down
Take this out the mixture in a dish.
White sauce Preparation
Heat up a pan on mediun heat.
Add 1 tbsp butter, onions and diced garlic. Sautte until onions softens a bit.
Add 2 tbsp plain flour, mix well and cook it for around 2 minutes.
Start Adding little milk at a time and keep stirring. Make sure there are no lumps in it.
Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
Add salt, tomato puree, and water.
Add mixed pasta herbs, chili flakes, black paper, salt, sugar and butter.
Allow to simmer it for 5 minutes.
Add shredded cheese. You can add the cheese at the time of serving too.
Add boiled penne pasta and cooked veggies.
Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
