500 gms palak or spinach ( 2 medium bunches)
200 gms paneer cubed
1 cup onion paste
1/2 cup tomato paste
2 tbsp cashewnuts
1 ” ginger chopped
3-4 green chilies
1 tbsp fresh garlic finely chopped
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 ” cinnamon stick
1 green cardamom crushed along with peel
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp black pepper powder ( optional)
3 tbsp fresh cream
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
