My version of one of Sri Lanka’s popular desserts, the “Marie Biscuit Pudding” , is kicked up a notch with chocolate whipped cream & pineapple. This recipe is no-bake, no-cook, low-cost, easy to make. It’s so delicious too, and guarenteed to be your new favorite!

Pineapple Chocolate Biscuit Pudding
Ingredients

7 oz (198 Grams) Marie Biscuits (Maria Cookies)

For Chocolate Whipped Cream:
1 Cup Whipping Cream,
2-3 Table Spoons each Cocoa Powder & Powdered Sugar

For Chocolate Sauce:
4 Tablespoons Butter, 3-4 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar (Icing Sugar), 3 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder

Canned Pineapple Bits

*More plain whipped Cream, Cherries, Nuts etc for
garnish (Optional)

Whip the heavy cream while gradually adding the powdered sugar & cocoa powder. When whipped till stiff and ‘drop’ consistency, keep aside.

Melt butter and stir in the cocoa powder, powdered sugar.

Layer the marie biscuit/maria cookies; pour milk with a spoon over the cookies. Layer some pineapple bits; drizzle chocolate sauce;
Add another layer of cookies/biscuits, wet them with milk; Put half of the whipped cream in a thick layer over the cookies. Again layer with cookies + milk, pineapple, chocolate sauce. Finally top with the rest of chocolate whipped cream. Decorate if needed. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
