This is a hearty sauce that is easy to make and taste really good. You can make this as healthy as you want. and it can cook for hours in your slow cooker giving you that simmered all day flavor.

2 – 28 ounce cans whole, peeled plumb tomatoes (or use fresh)
12 ounce tomato paste
8 ounces slice mushrooms
4 cloves minced garlic
2 table spoons Italian seasoning ––1OPE3LyQ
2 bay leaves
1 pound cooked, crumbed Italian sausage

In a slow cooker place: Tomatoes, tomato paste, mushroom, garlic, seasoning, bay leaves and sausage. Mix well.
Cover with the lid.
Cook on medium heat for 3-4 hours.
