TASTY SMOOTHIE RECIPE WITH YOGURT AND FROZEN FRUIT
This easy and healthy smoothie recipe can be a breakfast or lunch substitute as it is loaded with so many healthy ingredients.
Here are the ingredients:
1 cup of yogurt (plain)
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries (you can use strawberries)
*I made it with banana once but didn’t taste very good*
Honey to taste
3 tbsps of nuts
*In this recipe I’m using sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, brazil nuts, walnuts, and flax seeds*
1 tbsp of dried goji berries
Blend very well in a Vitamix or the Nutribullet
