1st November is World Vegan Day! Let’s celebrate the month by making one of my favourite Vegan Asian dishes, Veggie Oriental Noodles with Peanut Sauce. This recipe is extremely simple, quick and makes a very healthy meal.
This colourful dish is packed with lots of fresh vegetables topped with my all time favourite peanut sauce. It is widely eaten in South East Asia and it can be served either as a starter or a main course.
