chicken: 300 gm
5-6 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp pink himalayan salt
handful of spring onion
3 romaine lettuce leaves
1/2 red capsicum
2 small or 1 medium apple
1 medium onion
1 medium cucumber
1 cup low fa thick curd or Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp salt
1 green chilli
a fat pinch of black pepper
1 tbsp raisins
3 tbsp crushed roasted peanuts
1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
Iceberg lettue to wrap the salad
whole wheat roti or tortilla to wrap the salad
extra lettuce, spring onion and sesame seeds to garnish.
Note: You can add in any seasonal fresh vegetables of the place you live.
