Ingredients
Marination
- 1 kg to 1/2 kg chicken
- 2tbsp ginger & garlic paste
- 1 cup of curd
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 green chilli
Cream Chicken
- Butter
- 2 green chillies
- 1 cup of curd
- water
- spring onions
- coriander leaves
- 1tsp of black pepper
- 1 cup of fresh cream
- Kasoori Meethi
Instruction
- Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, curd and salt then add green chilli and keep it aside for 1 to 2 hours
- In a pan heat some butter and add green chillies, then add the chicken and curd. Let it cook for 20 minutes
- Add little water, spring onions, coriander, black pepper, fresh cream, kasoori meetthi and some butter
- Garnish it with coriander leaves
- Cream Chicken is ready to be served!
