Chicken Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 250 gms Chicken (Breast Boneless)
  • 150 ml Water
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 01 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tbl Spoon White Vinegar
  • 01 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 04 Spring Onions
  • 01 Cabbage (Large)
  • 01 Capsicum
  • 02 English Carrots
  • 03 Mushrooms
  • 01 Egg
  • 01 tbl Spoon Corn Flour
  • 02 Litre Water (for Boiling Noodles)
  • 01 tsp Salt
  • 01 Pack Noodles
  • 05 tbl Spoons Sesame Oil
  • 15 Juliennes of Ginger
  • 01 tsp Salt
  • 01 tsp Ajinomoto (MSG)
  • 01 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 01 tbl Spoon White Vinegar
  • 1/2 tbl Spoon Dark Soy Sauce
  • 01 tbl Spoon Tomato Ketchup/Sauce
  • 02 tbl Spoons Hot Chilli Sauce (Thassia)

Instruction

1) in a bowl, Add 150 ml water, followed by salt, black pepper powder, sugar, white vinegar, dark soy sauce and ginger garlic paste.

2) To this mixture Add chicken boneless breast pieces cut has thick Juliennes and leave to marinate for 15 minutes, in the meanwhile cut the veggies.

3) After 15 mins, now add an Egg and whisk, this Egg helps as a binding agent sealing all the juices within the chicken and keeping them intact.

4) Finally Add 1 tbl Spoon corn flour and whisk well, this acts as a thickner, keep this bowl of marinated thick chicken juliennes aside.

5) To a Bowl add 2 litres water and by keeping it over a high flame, bring the water to a boil, add salt and few tbl spoons of sesame oil.

6) Add the Chicken noodles and cook them 80% of the mentioned time, the noodles I used were supposed to be boiled for 10 minutes as per instructions so I boiled them for 8 minutes.

7) Extract the Chicken noodles once they are 80% cooked and to immediately stop the cooking process pass them through cold water and strain them and to keep them from sticking together add a tbl spoon of sesame oil.

8) To a wok, add 5 tbl spoons of Sesame Oil and cooking at a high flame, when oil is hot enough, Add the chicken pieces by squeezing out any moisture in them by placing them between your fist tightly.

9) Saute` the chicken pieces for 3 minutes at a high flame, extract them and keep them aside, now add juliennes of ginger, bulbs of spring onions and saute` for a minute, now add the chicken pieces back in.

10) Now add Carrots and mushroom, saute for another minute and add capsicum juliennes and finally add the cabbage and within a minute season with salt, pepper, ajinomoto.

11) Drop the noodles in and follow by Adding vinegar, dark soy sauce, tomato ketchup and hot chilli sauce, toss well enough to mix all the sauces over onto the Chicken noodles and veggies.

12) Finally garnish with green stalks of spring onions and serve hot with any side dish of your choice like Veg manchurian.

Ingredients

  • Chicken : ½ Kg
  • Tomatoes Chopped: 6
  • Cashews : 80 grams
  • Chopped Onions: 3
  • Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 ½ Tablespoon
  • Red Chilli Powder : 3 Teaspoons
  • Turmeric Powder : ½ Teaspoon
  • Curry Leaves : Handful
  • Chopped Coriander : ½ Bunch
  • Spices(Garam Masala Powder) : 1 Teaspoon
  • Cooking Oil : 4 Tablespoons

Instruction

1.Grind onions, tomatoes and cashews separately into fine pastes. Keep them aside.

2. In a cooking saucepan, add oil and when the oil is hot, add onion paste.

3. Stir till it turns light brown. Add ginger garlic paste and stir well.

4. Add turmeric powder and add chicken pieces. Cook well and keep stirring for 10 minutes.

5.Add red chilli powder, salt , tomato paste and a pinch of red colour. Cook well for 5 minutes till it leaves the oil.

6.Add cashew paste, 1 cup of water, spices, curry leaves and chopped coriander. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Delicately stir in between to prevent tearing of Chicken pieces.

Ingredients

  • 2 – 3 tbsp Oil
  • Bay leaves
  • 2 1/2 chopped onions
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp dry coriander
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Dry Masala
  • 2 1/2 chopped tomatoes
  • water
  • Puree of 2 tomatoes
  • coriander leaves
  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • coriander pods

Dry Masala

  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 1 tsp Methi seeds
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp dry coriander
  • 3 red chillies

Instructions

  1. Heat some oil in the pan then add bay leaves, onion, ginger garlic paste and let it cook.
  2. Make a masala powder by grinding Jeera, Methi seeds , Black pepper, coriander and red chillies.
  3. To the mixture add Salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, dry coriander , cumin powder, Dry Masala, tomatoes and water.
  4. Add tomato puree, coriander leaves , chicken pieces and mix everything properly.Let it cook for 7-8 minutes.
  5. Add 1/2 cup water and mix it and let it cook with cover lid for 15 minutes.
  6. Add the dry masala, garam masala, capsicum, coriander pods.
  7. Kadai Chicken is ready to be served!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 1 no. red pepper chopped
  • 1 no. green pepper chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic smashed.
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp tsp cumin powder
  • 500 gms chicken mince

Salsa

  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsely
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 1 tsp tabassco
  • 1/2 lemon (juice)

Salt

  • Guacamole
  • 1 ripe avocados
  • ½ lime
  • Salt as required
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream

Instructions

  1. Chop the veggies
  2. In a pan heat some olive oil and then add the veggies and saute them
  3. Add minced chicken and cook it on a high flame
  4. Add salt, paprika and roasted cumin powder
  5. Roughly chop the garlic and add it into the pan and stir it properly
  6. Once the chicken is cooked properly turn off the flame and keep it aside to cool
  7. Chop onion,green chillies and tomato and mix them together
  8. Also chop some parsley, salt and juice of lemon mix it and add tabasco
  9. In a bowl add the avocado, salt, cream and juice of lemon
  10. Whisk it all together
  11. Shred the lettuce leaves
  12. In a taco shell put lettuce leaves, chicken filling, salsa and guacamole
  13. Chicken Mexican Taco is ready to be served.

  • Chicken -1/2kg
  • Kashmiri Chilli powder-3/4tbsp
  • Chilli Powder-1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
  • Pepper powder-1/2tsp
  • Coriander Powder-1tsp
  • Garam masala-1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves -plenty of
  • Coconut oil-
  • Salt
  • Coconut Milk-1cup
  • Tomato-1/2
  • Chilli-6
  • Onion -2 big
  • Ginger -1 medium piece
  • Garlic-4

Instruction

  1. In a kadai add all powders and coconut milk .Mix Well..
  2. Then add chicken pieces and salt ..Mix well with hand..
  3. Now close and cook..Once the chicken is cooked open the Kadai and allow the water to get dried..
  4. Now the chicken pieces will be coated with masalas..
  5. In other pan add coconut oil ,fry coconut pieces ..
  6. Then add ginger garlic paste ,saute well ..
  7. Now add finely chopped onion and green chilli and salt ..
  8. Add curry leaves too..
  9. Saute till light golden colour ..
  10. Then add chopped tomato and cook ..
  11. Now to this add cooked chicken and mix well..
  12. Roast well.. Add garam masala and pepper powder according to ur choice ..
  13. Finally sprinkle coconut oil and curry leaves ..Close for 5 five minutes and serve ..
  14. So easy tasty chicken Peralan is ready to serve ..
  15. Serve with ghee rice ,rice ,chapatti etc..
