Crispy Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

For marination

  • Chicken wings – 10 – 12 pcs
  • Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • Olive oil – 50 ml
  • White pepper – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper – 1 tsp
  • Chili flakes – 1 tsp
  • Parsley – 10 g
  • Garlic – 20 g
  • Lemon – 20 ml
  • Tobasco sauce- 10 ml (Optional)

For butter Milk

  • Curd – 50 g
  • Water – As per required
  • Salt – as per taste

For breading

  • Refined flour – 300 g
  • Red chilli powder – 20 g
  • Salt – 10 g

Instructions

1. Clean the chicken wings in running water and rinse it.
2. Whisk curd with water and salt to make butter milk.
3. Marinate the wings using Lemon juice, Olive oil, Salt, Chopped garlic, Red chili powder, Black and white pepper powder, Tobasco sauce, Chili flakes and finely chopped parsley.
4. Keep it for 3 hours at room temperature for marination.
5. Now in a big bowl mix salt, red chili powder and refined flour together and mix it well.
6. Put oil to heat in moderate
7. Put marinated chicken wing in the refined flour breading
8. Once rubbed thoroughly put it in buttermilk and put back in refined flour mixture.
9. Repeat this process twice and then immediately put in oil for frying.
10. Once it turns golden brown remove it.
11. Serve it with mayonnaise or chipotle sauce.

Veg Cutlet Recipe In Hindi

Ingredients

  • Oil
  • 5 boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1 shredded carrot
  • 1 cup of green peas
  • 2-3 chopped green chillies
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 cup of coriander leaves
  • mint leaves
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • breadcrumbs
  • panko

Instructions

  1. Heat some oil in a pan.
  2. In a bowl of mashed potatoes add carrot, green peas, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, mint leaves, sugar, salt, cumin powder, garam masala and juice of 1 lemon and mix them all together
  3. Add bread crumbs to the mixture and mix well
  4. Apply some oil to your hands and make small balls out of it and dip it into panko and deep fry it.
  5. Veg Cutlets are ready to be served!

Ingredients

  • Carrot – 500gm
  • Sugar – 200 gm
  • Khoya/Mawa – 150 gm
  • Milk – 100ml / 1/2 cup
  • Roasted Dry fruits – 1/2 cup or According to desire
  • Desi Ghee – 1 tablespoon
  • Green cardamom powder – 1/2 Teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Firstly by peeling the carrot and wash and grate it.
  2. Now add the carrot and milk to the pressure cooker and cook it until the two Whistling.
  3. After that remove the lid and cook it in the open till milk gets dry.
  4. Will add sugar to it now. Cooks 2:00 to 3:00 on a high flame.
  5. Add ghee or butter and fry it from 1:30 to 2:00 minutes.
  6. Finally, now add Mawa/Khoya, Green cardamom powder and roasted dry fruits mix in it.
  7. Served hot with garnishing some Khoya and nuts.
