Dhokla Recipe In Telugu

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Gram Flour
  • 3/4th Cup Curd
  • 2-3 Green Chillies
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Crush
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Soda

For Tadka

  • 2-3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 20-25 Curry Leaves
  • Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Sugar

Instruction

  1. In a bowl add gram flour and curd. Mix everything well and let it ferment for 4-5 hours.
  2. Then add green chilies, ginger garlic crush, sugar, salt, and soda. Mix everything well.
  3. Pour this mixture into a greased aluminum tray/plate.
  4. Let it steam for 25 minutes.
  5. Once the dhokla is cooked, remove it from the steam and apply little oil and water on its surface.
  6. For the task heat some oil.
  7. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Let it crackle. Switch off the flame and then add coriander leaves. Give a stir.
  8. Allow the tadka to cool down.
  9. Then add water and sugar to the tadka.
  10. Again put the tadka to boil. Let the sugar melt.
  11. Pour this tadka on the dhokla as required.
  12. Garnish the Dhokla with coriander leaves and grated coconut.

Ingredients

  • Oil
  • 5 boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1 shredded carrot
  • 1 cup of green peas
  • 2-3 chopped green chillies
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 cup of coriander leaves
  • mint leaves
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • breadcrumbs
  • panko

Instructions

  1. Heat some oil in a pan.
  2. In a bowl of mashed potatoes add carrot, green peas, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, mint leaves, sugar, salt, cumin powder, garam masala and juice of 1 lemon and mix them all together
  3. Add bread crumbs to the mixture and mix well
  4. Apply some oil to your hands and make small balls out of it and dip it into panko and deep fry it.
  5. Veg Cutlets are ready to be served!

Ingredients

  • Carrot – 500gm
  • Sugar – 200 gm
  • Khoya/Mawa – 150 gm
  • Milk – 100ml / 1/2 cup
  • Roasted Dry fruits – 1/2 cup or According to desire
  • Desi Ghee – 1 tablespoon
  • Green cardamom powder – 1/2 Teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Firstly by peeling the carrot and wash and grate it.
  2. Now add the carrot and milk to the pressure cooker and cook it until the two Whistling.
  3. After that remove the lid and cook it in the open till milk gets dry.
  4. Will add sugar to it now. Cooks 2:00 to 3:00 on a high flame.
  5. Add ghee or butter and fry it from 1:30 to 2:00 minutes.
  6. Finally, now add Mawa/Khoya, Green cardamom powder and roasted dry fruits mix in it.
  7. Served hot with garnishing some Khoya and nuts.
