Cilantro Lime Dressing Recipe


  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves and stems, packed
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 cup light olive oil or canola oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. Add all ingredients except olive oil to a blender or small food processor. Pulse a few times to chop up the cilantro.
  2. Turn blender onto low and slowly add in oil.
  3. Once blended, season with salt & pepper to taste.
  4. Refrigerate up to 1 week.
