Easy Homemade Peach Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 cups frozen peaches defrosted
  • 3/4 cup white sugar divided
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Combine peaches with 1/2 cup sugar. Set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  3. Pour butter into the bottom of a 2qt baking dish.
  4. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, remaining 1/4 cup white sugar and cinnamon, mix well. Add milk and stir just until combined. Spread over butter mixture.
  5. Top with peaches (and any juices).
  6. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until set.
