1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp flaxseeds
2 clementines peeled
1 banana peeled
2 cups spinach
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
Add of the ingredients to the blender, secure the lid and select “whole juice”. It’s done in under a minute and the flax seeds blend up really well in my Blendtec (they aren’t gritty!).
