- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp flaxseeds
- 2 clementines peeled
- 1 banana peeled
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- Add of the ingredients to the blender, secure the lid and select “whole juice”. It’s done in under a minute and the flax seeds blend up really well in my Blendtec (they aren’t gritty!).
