- 1-1/2 cups rigatoni pasta, uncooked
- 1/4 cup Italian Dressing
- 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups each red and yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
- zest from 1 lemon
- 3/4 cup Homestyle Herb Stuffing Mix in the Canister
1-Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
2-Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min., stirring frequently. Add tomatoes; cook 5 min. or until chicken is done and tomatoes are softened, stirring frequently. Stir in lemon zest.
3-Drain pasta. Add to ingredients in skillet; mix lightly. Sprinkle with stuffing mix.
