  • lb. uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Cucumber Ranch Dressing
  • Tbsp. lemon juice
  • cloves garlic, minced
  • Tbsp. minced gingerroot
  • tsp. dried fenugreek leaves
  • tsp. garam masala
  • tsp. ground coriander
  • tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • Tbsp. oil
  • Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • Tbsp. chopped fresh mint


1-Toss shrimp with dressing, lemon juice, garlic, ginger and dry seasonings.
2-Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp mixture; cook and stir 5 min. or until shrimp turn pink.
3-Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
