Ingredients
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 cup raw coconut water
- 1/2 small avocado, pitted, peeled
- 1 green apple, cored, diced
- 1 beet, peeled and diced
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until very smooth. Enjoy!
