Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken breasts cooked
  • 2/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 ribs of celery finely diced
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine diced chicken and buffalo sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.

  3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and garlic powder with a mixer on medium until fluffy.

  4. Add celery, chicken, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and green onions.  Stir to combine.

  5. Spread into a 9×9 pan, top with remaining cheese and bake 20 minutes or until bubbly.
