  1. Add ½ cup sweet corn with ½ cup water and grind it into a fine paste. Set aside.
  2. Add 2 tbs butter in a pan.
  3. Add chopped garlic and saute well.
  4. Add beans, carrot, green peas and sweet corn and saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Add spring onion and saute for a minute.
  6. Add the sweet corn paste and mix well.
  7. Add 1 cup water and mix very well. Add more water if required.
  8. Add enough salt and mix well.
  9. Add corn flour mix (2 Tbs corn flour mixed with 4 Tbs water) and combine well.
  10. Soup starts thickening.
  11. Add 1 Tbs vinegar and mix well.
  12. Add ¾ Ts pepper powder or adjust according to your spice level.
  13. Finally garnish with some spring onion.
