INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana
- 750ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp matcha green tea powder
- 4 kale stalks
- ½ ripe avocado
- 5 medjool dates, pitted
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until you’re left with a smoothie consistency.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
