INGREDIENTS

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 750ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp matcha green tea powder
  • 4 kale stalks
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 5 medjool dates, pitted

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until you’re left with a smoothie consistency.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve.
