Crispy Oven Chicken Tenders Recipe


  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast tenders or whole chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 cup cornflake crumbs
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 eggs beaten with 2 tablespoons water


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a pan with parchment paper.
  2. Cut chicken breasts into 3/4″ pieces if using whole chicken breasts.
  3. Combine flour and seasoned salt in a bowl.
  4. Combine cornflake crumbs, panko bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika and salt & pepper to taste.
  5. Season chicken with salt & pepper.
  6. Lightly dredge chicken in flour, dip in eggs and finally dip in the bread crumb mixture.
  7. Place chicken on prepared pan and spray with cooking spray or oil.
  8. Bake 18-22 minutes or until cooked through.
