Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
  • Tbsp. soy sauce
  • Tbsp. minced gingerroot
  • lb. boneless pork chops, cut into thin strips
  • cups small broccoli florets
  • cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • Tbsp. oil
  • cups hot cooked long-grain white rice

Instructions

1-Mix first 3 ingredients. Add 1 Tbsp. dressing mixture to meat; toss to coat. Let stand 5 min.
2-Stir-fry meat and vegetables in hot oil in nonstick wok or large skillet on medium-high heat 4 min. or until meat is done.
3-Add remaining dressing mixture; mix well. Simmer on medium-low heat 2 min. Serve over rice.
